Who we are
Seipunny is a trading name of KIRYL FURSAU, IE, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (D-U-N-S 933915108), with the registered address 11 4th street, lane II, Poladaant Kari village, Georgia. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean KIRYL FURSAU, IE. We are responsible for the personal data described here.
This policy covers the Android apps we publish on Google Play under the developer name Seipunny, and this website.
Data our apps collect
Our apps do not require an account, and they do not collect, store or share personal data. Anything you create in an app stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself.
If we add a feature that needs personal data, we will update this policy and the app’s Data safety section on Google Play before the feature is released.
Data we receive when you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to handle your request. We keep this correspondence for as long as we need it to resolve your request, and no longer than two years.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising, and it does not load content from third parties. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers that help us run our business, such as our email provider, or when the law requires it.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate;
- delete your data;
- stop or restrict processing of your data.
To make a request, email hello@seigames.stream. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will also announce it in the affected app.
